Grazie mille Rahman

This was our first time engaging this company, even though we've visited Bintan several times before. They made our entire experience smooth, enjoyable, and exceeded our expectations. What impressed us most was their honesty—they weren't just focused on making money. In fact, they corrected me when I accidentally handed over too much cash for the remaining balance due to the large currency denominations. Their integrity and excellent service truly stood out. We will definitely contact them again for our future trips and highly recommend their services.

A huge thank you to Ada for organising everything so smoothly throughout our trip in Bintan. He was always responsive, helpful, and did his best to accommodate all our requests, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish.

Special thanks as well to Ambri, our guide, and our driver. Both of them were incredibly friendly, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had a great time. They were very accommodating and never made us feel rushed, even when our plans changed or took longer than expected.

Their excellent service, professionalism, and hospitality truly made our trip much more enjoyable and stress-free. We felt very well taken care of throughout the entire journey.

If we visit Bintan again in the future, we will definitely look for Ada, Ambri, and the team again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Bintan! ❤️😊
